paired with smoked salmon crustini with caper cream cheese and Benton's bacon
MERLOT COURSE
paired with carpaccio salad with arugula, fresh buffalo mozzarella, & sweet papaya vinaigrette
CABERNET COURSE 1
paired with french cut lamb chops, potatoes duchess, sauteed aparagus with tasso ham, finished with a blood orange reduction
